Fellow FBINA graduates, and law enforcement professionals, we are pleased to announce our 2025 Spring Trainer event in beautiful Chandler, Arizona! Join us for great fellowship, second-to-none networking, and fantastic training, as we listen to some of the best in the industry. The date has been confirmed for April 25th, 2025 at the beautiful Compass Christian Church, in Chandler, Arizona.

We are pleased to have world-renown speakers, Paul Butler, Todd Polansky and our chapter’s very own, Jim Gallagher, as they share their unique insights of our profession. Presentations include some of the most contemporary topics in law enforcement such as “Leadership for a Lifetime: How the Past Prepares Us for the Future” and “Resilience and Recovery: Navigating Employee Wellness Issues with the Employee and the Organization in Mind”

8 AZ P.O.S.T. continuing education training credit hours will be given for the day of presentations.

This training opportunity is open to all sworn, retirees, and non-sworn personnel working in a law enforcement agency. Attendance is strongly encouraged if you are a department and have potential candidates you believe would be a good fit for the National Academy. It’s a great way to get to meet the membership and get involved as they go through the process.
